Manufacturing Presales Solutions Consultant (SME)
- This role partners with manufacturing companies to understand operational challenges and drive the adoption of Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 solutions.
- The candidate will work closely with plant leaders, operations teams, and engineering stakeholders to recommend solutions across MES, IoT/IIoT, automation, predictive maintenance, digital manufacturing, and OT/IT integration.
We are looking for candidates with hands-on manufacturing expertise in areas such as:
- Manufacturing Digital Transformation
- Smart Factory / Industry 4.0
- MES / MOM
- OT/IT Convergence
- Plant Automation & Controls
- Digital Manufacturing
- Industrial Digitalization
- IoT, IIoT, and PLC implementations
- As an alternate profile, we can also consider Product Managers and Digital Manufacturing professionals with strong manufacturing domain expertise.
- We, however, need someone who is a Manufacturing subject matter expert, who has been hands-on in the early stages of their career with PLC, MES, IoT, OT-IT, etc. and has grown up the ladder.
- They should not only be able to speak KPIs or outcomes to Mfg. Leader prospects but if necessary, walk the floor, get the requirements and scope it out.
Key Requirements
- Strong Manufacturing, Industrial, or OT domain expertise
- Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate manufacturing challenges into technology solutions
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
