Job Description:
Design, develop, and implement control systems using Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) platforms
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of automated systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
Modify and optimize existing automation programs to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
Diagnose faults in control systems and execute corrective actions in a timely manner
Support commissioning, testing, and validation of automation systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, production, and engineering
Develop and maintain documentation such as control logic, wiring diagrams, and system configurations
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry best practices
Provide technical support during system upgrades, maintenance, and breakdown situations
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix)
Proficiency in RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000
Experience with FactoryTalk View (HMI/SCADA)
Strong troubleshooting skills in automated production/process environments
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
Understanding of electrical schematics and control panel design
Hands-on experience in debugging and resolving real-time automation issues.
