Custom Material Certification Program Manager

Role Overview

Seeking a program manager to coordinate customer-specific material certifications, ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met, and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams. SAP experience is preferred; training is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage custom certification requests, customer requirements, and documentation.

• Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, IT, Commercial, and Customer Service teams.

• Maintain change notification enrollment and certification processes.

• Track project progress, resolve issues, and identify process improvements.

• Communicate requirements and recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.

• 3+ years of Quality and/or Regulatory Affairs experience.

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.

• Experience in a regulated environment.

• Strong project coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• SAP experience and PMP certification.

• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance.
