Position Overview>
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CLM Solution Architect with a proven track record of leading successful Oracle CLM implementations within the Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in solution architecture, business process transformation, system integration, and enterprise-scale Oracle implementations.
This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and executive leadership to design and deliver scalable Oracle CLM solutions that support business objectives, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities>
· Lead end-to-end Oracle CLM solution architecture, design, and implementation initiatives.
· Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state solutions.
· Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Oracle CLM architectures.
· Design and oversee integrations between Oracle CLM and enterprise applications.
· Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
· Develop solution roadmaps, architecture standards, and best practices.
· Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
· Support data migration, system modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
· Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
· Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications>
· 10+ years of IT experience with strong focus on enterprise application architecture.
· Extensive experience as an Oracle CLM Solution Architect.
· Proven experience leading multiple Oracle CLM implementation projects.
· Strong experience within the Insurance domain (Property & Casualty, Life, Health, or Specialty Insurance).
· Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices.
· Experience integrating Oracle solutions with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
· Strong expertise in solution design, system architecture, and business process transformation.
· Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and business leadership.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
· Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs.
· Knowledge of insurance operations, underwriting, policy administration, claims, and regulatory compliance.
· Experience with enterprise integration technologies and API-based architectures.
