Summary

Azure DevOps Engineer & Administrator || Harrisburg, PA || Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer & Administrator to support mission-critical government cloud systems and modernization initiatives.

In this role, you will manage Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise environments, build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with government security standards. You will work closely with development, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to support automated deployments across Azure services such as App Services, AKS, Functions, and Key Vault.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (YAML & classic)
Implement security, RBAC, and governance controls
Support Azure cloud deployments and automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DevSecOps practices

Must have:

Strong experience in Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise
Hands-on CI/CD pipeline development
Azure services experience (AKS, App Service, Functions, Key Vault)
Understanding of security, compliance, and enterprise governance
