Solution Architect – CLM (Agiloft)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Agiloft CLM to join our team on a 6-month remote engagement. You will own the design, configuration, and delivery of contract lifecycle management solutions for enterprise clients — working closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, well-documented implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, and use-case sessions with business stakeholders for Agiloft CLM implementations.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications and clear process/data flow documentation.
• Design and configure Agiloft solutions covering Contracting, Risk Management, Obligations, and Sourcing modules, including business mapping, security, and user groups/permissions.
• Configure integrations via Workato or Agiloft''''''''s Direct Integration Hub with ERP, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex contract workflows as a Systems Admin; document and proactively resolve issues.
• Drive and manage support tickets to resolution across ServiceNow, Salesforce, and JIRA.

• Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality outcomes and on-time delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for business users, stakeholders, and technical teams as needed.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to all stakeholders with clarity and transparency.

Required qualifications

• Agiloft CLM Certified Professional — required.
• Minimum 4 full end-to-end Agiloft CLM implementations for enterprise clients.
• Hands-on configuration experience across all core CLM modules (Contracting, Risk, Obligations, Sourcing).
• Proven experience architecting and designing Agiloft solutions, including ERP and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency with Workato or Agiloft''''''''s Direct Integration Hub for configuring integrations.
• Strong systems admin background — ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and resolve issues proactively.
• Experience working with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and JIRA for ticket and project management.
• Sound business knowledge of the CLM domain with the ability to deliver both standard and customized solutions.

• Strong communication skills with a track record of engaging diverse stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering Agiloft solutions in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with agile project delivery methodologies.
• Background in procurement, legal operations, or contract management functions.
