About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a leading product company building advanced market and media analytics platforms for enterprise clients. This role focuses on marketing measurement, experimentation, and large-scale data analytics, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead measurement strategies, define KPIs, and create learning agendas aligned with customer marketing goals
• Design and implement analytics frameworks, tools, and scalable solutions
• Develop methodologies for observational analysis and experimental design (A/B testing, RCTs)
• Analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets to generate actionable insights
• Partner with clients to provide data-driven recommendations and campaign optimization strategies
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on cloud-based analytics infrastructure
• Build reusable analysis templates and scalable data science solutions
• Communicate complex analytical findings through presentations and storytelling
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and performance
• Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights

Required Skills & Experience:

• Education:
  • Bachelor s with 10 15+ years, OR
  • Master s with 3+ years, OR
  • PhD with 0 2 years in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong expertise in probability, statistics, and data analysis
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and PySpark
• Proficiency in data science libraries: Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn
• Experience with large-scale data processing and Spark optimization
• Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation, and marketing/ad-tech measurement
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and relational databases
• Experience with BI/Visualization tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in MarTech / AdTech / Media Analytics domain
• Exposure to customer-facing consulting or analytics roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced product environment with cross-functional teams
