Genesis10 is currently seeking an Artifactory Integration Engineer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is an 12+ month contract opportunity. The Artifactory Integration Engineer will handle all aspects of product design, engineering, installation, configuration, tuning, software maintenance, and implementation. This role provides engineering support throughout the product lifecycle with a heavy focus on automation via web services interface programming.
Responsibilities: - Handle all aspects of product design, engineering, installation, configuration, and tuning
- Perform software maintenance and implementation including new instances, upgrades, patching, and new features
- Provide engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product
- Focus on automation via web services interface programming
Requirements: - 5+ years of relevant experience
- Previous design, engineering, implementation, configuration and tuning experience with Artifactory at enterprise scale (preferred), or NexusPro at enterprise scale (alternate)
- Strong experience engineering solutions that utilize industry standards and best practices for enterprise software application design and security
- Solid JEE and/or .NET development experience
- Extensive web services integration programming experience
- Experience with source version control systems (e.g., Git, Subversion), CI/CD engines (e.g., Jenkins/CloudBees), software deployment tools (e.g., Ansible), and request management systems (e.g., Rally, JIRA)
- Solid Linux admin skills (preferably Red Hat Enterprise)
- Strong shell scripting skills
- Basic DBA knowledge (preferably Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of midrange/distributed storage solutions
- Strong knowledge of industry standard platform OS and application security concepts, features, and interfaces
- Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week
Desired skills: - Artifactory vendor-provided training (advanced level)
- Enterprise-level experience managing a software development CI/CD build platform
Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
