Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll Solution Architect / Implementation Lead to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud US Payroll implementations. The candidate must have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion US Payroll, US payroll taxation, Fast Formulas, payroll integrations, and union/non-union payroll.

The candidate should be local to Houston, TX or willing to relocate and comfortable working onsite at the client location.

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years overall HCM/Payroll experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• 3+ end-to-end Oracle US Payroll implementations.
• Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion US Payroll Cloud configuration.
• Strong Payroll Fast Formula development and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of US Federal, State & Local Payroll Taxation.
• Experience with Garnishments & Wage Attachments.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR, Workforce Structures, Legal Employers, PSU & TRU.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll Costing and GL Reconciliation.
• Experience with Union & Non-Union Payroll.
• Ability to interpret and configure payroll rules based on Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
• Experience with multi-state payroll and complex payroll environments.
• Strong client-facing skills with experience in requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, CRP/SIT/UAT, parallel payroll, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Houston onsite availability / willingness to relocate is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion US Payroll solution design and implementation.
• Conduct business requirement workshops and provide functional advisory.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, payroll processing and Fast Formulas.
• Support US tax, garnishment, wage attachment and statutory requirements.
• Design payroll costing, Finance GL integration and reconciliation.
• Support union payroll rules including overtime, differentials, premiums, holiday pay, deductions, dues and pension contributions.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll, production deployment and stabilization.
