We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a large-scale ServiceNow implementation and re-implementation initiative.

🔹 Required Skills:

✔ 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience

✔ Strong expertise in ServiceNow Best Practices, Workflows, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Integrations

✔ Extensive experience with ITSM and CSM modules

✔ Knowledge of ITIL processes, Change Management, and Process Improvement

✔ Experience with Service Catalog, Service Portal/Employee Center, Knowledge Management, Reporting, and Dashboards

✔ Full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation experience

⭐ Preferred:

✔ HRSD and CMDB experience

✔ ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM)

✔ Higher Education or Government sector experience
