We are seeking a high-performing .NET Fullstack Lead to spearhead the design and development of modern, cloud-native applications. This is a leadership role requiring a blend of hands-on technical expertise in the AWS ecosystem, team mentorship, and strategic communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern microservices architectures.
Technical Must-Haves
.NET Core: Expert-level server-side development.
AWS Cloud: Deep experience with DynamoDB, S3, and Lambda.
Angular: Proficiency in building responsive, modern front-end interfaces.
DevOps: Proven ability to lead teams in setting up robust CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Core Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable applications using the AWS technology stack (DynamoDB, S3, .NET Core/Java, and Angular).
Technical Mentorship: Act as a hands-on lead for development teams, ensuring code quality, best practices, and successful project delivery.
Modernization Strategy: Articulate the value proposition of modernizing legacy monolithic applications into agile, microservices-based architectures.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into clear business outcomes.
Infrastructure Oversight: Partner with DevOps to automate and optimize deployment workflows.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in application development with a strong track record of delivery.
Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
