Summary

This is primarily a production support + SSIS/ETL role rather than a pure development position.

Must-have skills:

Strong SSIS / SQL Server Integration Services
Strong SQL Server / ETL experience
Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting for automation
Production support for data platforms
Monitoring/alerting: Azure Monitor, Grafana, etc.
Incident management and ticketing systems
Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting
Strong communication/documentation

Key responsibilities:

247/round-the-clock production support for SSIS jobs and packages
Monitor ETL/data workflows and troubleshoot failures
Perform RCA and implement corrective/preventive actions
Work with Development and DevOps teams on fixes/deployments
Maintain runbooks, support documentation, and incident logs
Participate in on-call rotations
Meet SLAs and operational standards
