Job Title: Business Technical Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15222
Duration: 06+ months (Contract to Hire)
Entry-to-mid level experience needed; (1-5 years of experience)
M-F 7-3/8-4 EST
CTH (Salary range will be $55K-58K to start)
100% Onsite
Must be local to Pittsburgh.
Will travel 3 days/week to one location, 2 to the other :
3 days per week- Allegheny General Hospital 320 E NORTH AVE PITTSBURGH PA 15212
2 days per week- Jefferson Hospital 565 COAL VALLEY RD JEFFERSON HILLS PA 15025
Description:
Technical, customer service oriented, and highly motivated individual with strong troubleshooting and organizational skills to manage critical telephony issues.
Must possess a valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
Onsite hardware support for Avaya, SPOK, and Marketspark equipment located at hospitals and physicians offices, including telephones, pagers, telephony hardware and servers.
Flexibility including on-call support for after-hours onsite coverage (eventually).
Minimal additional travel expected to additional sites within 50 mile radius once experienced.
Will be working with cabling (re-mapping to new equipment)
This CW will be working in closets, behind scenes, in hospitals; not much public-facing interaction, but must still be professional
Telephone deployment experience required (1-5 years)
Required :
HS Diploma Required
1-5 yrs of experience
Must be efficient and be able to execute tasks as they come up, providing excellent customer service
Preferred :
Hospital-Heathcare-Clinical Experience Strongly Preferred
Avaya Experience Preferred
Experience Working in Hospitals
Won't have travel reimbursed to main hospital location ; will likely have travel reimbursed to 2nd location
