Summary

Role: Java Full Stack Lead
Location: San Jose, CA – Onsite and In-Person Interview.
Contract: 6+ Months with Possible Extension
Experience: 8+ years
Mandatory Skills: Java Full Stack and AI
 
Job Description:
-Lead development of scalable applications using Java/Spring Boot, React/Angular.
-Design and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
-Drive implementation of AI/GenAI capabilities, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, and vector databases.
-Build AI-powered applications such as enterprise chatbots, intelligent automation, and document intelligence.
-Manage Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and application security. Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure coding standards.
-Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions.
-Mentor developers and drive Agile delivery, performance, scalability, and quality.
