Role : Workday HRIS Consultant
Remote Role
Description
Manage HRIS development, implementation, and maintenance.
Hands on experience in configuration of Workday modules and architecture.
Manage and optimize daily operations, integrations, and data flow of systems and integrations. This includes daily management of the ticket queue.
Provide strategic Workday cross-functional expertise/knowledge to business, including oversight of complex data management queries and advanced reporting requirements.
Provide Workday expertise, manage SaaS providers. Ensure services and solutions provided are technologically current and align with future needs.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of business requirements documentation. Ensure team adherence to standards, data governance, while fostering collaboration.
Manage configuration for our 3 key projects: New vendor ATS implementation, Open Enrollment Cycle & Annual Compensation Cycle
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems or a related field or 10 years of related experience.
7 years of experience in HRIS system administration and management; Workday technical architecture design & building, configurations, and awareness of best known methods.
Experience with multiple Workday modules: Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance.
Track record of accountability managing and executing Workday HRIS systems to enable simplification and automation of end-user experience.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with third party SaaS tools for ATS
Experience with an Open Enrollment end to end cycle
Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation module
Workday specific technical integrations, problem-solving, and machine learning automation.
Engage and influence cross-functionally, on techno-functional vision and future state solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Workday Pro certifications.
