Automation Test Engineer/Automation QA Engineer/Quality Engineer (Automation)- remote-W2

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure high-quality software releases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, CI/CD integration, and modern testing tools, working closely with development and DevOps teams to improve test coverage, reliability, and release velocity.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

• Create and execute automated test cases for web, API, and backend applications.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and track issues to resolution.

• Improve test automation coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.

• Maintain test environments and test data.

• Ensure best practices for test automation, coding standards, and documentation.

• Strong experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit).

• Experience with programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#).

• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI).

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab).

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Experience with version control systems (Git).

• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
