Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Agile Delivery Lead / Senior Scrum Master to support a large-scale Cybersecurity organization. This individual will play a key role in enabling delivery across multiple teams, helping to shape Agile practices in an environment that requires flexibility, creativity, and strong leadership.

Duration: Contract To hire
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery for one or more cybersecurity teams or pods
- Act as a change agent, evolving Agile practices to support cybersecurity workflows
- Drive cross-team coordination and alignment across engineering, risk, and intelligence functions
- Identify systemic delivery issues and implement process improvements at scale
- Partner with leadership to provide visibility into delivery health, risks, and opportunities
- Mentor and coach teams on Agile practices, collaboration, and performance improvement
- Enable teams to operate at a sustainable and high-performing pace
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery / Scrum Master roles
- Experience operating in complex enterprise environments
- Proven ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Strong ability to connect strategy to execution
- Experience leading in ambiguous, evolving environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Cybersecurity, Risk, or Infrastructure organizations
- Background working with distributed or remote teams
- Experience supporting organizational Agile transformations
