Role Overview
The client is modernizing a flagship cloud-hosted application from a desktop platform to a web-based architecture. The role requires strong expertise in .NET technologies to analyze existing desktop code and lead the migration to a modern web environment. The selected candidate will work closely with lead developers, take ownership of assigned modules, and provide technical guidance to other contractors.

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will analyze and understand the existing .NET desktop application to support its migration to a web-based platform. Responsibilities include converting WinForms and WPF modules to ASP.NET MVC, developing and enhancing web applications, and collaborating closely with lead developers. The role also involves guiding other contractors, maintaining code quality, and designing, writing, and optimizing complex SQL queries for relational databases.
