- Generalist product manager who has experience across:
- Collaborating with design teams to define and iterate on best-in-class user experiences
- Working closely with technical teams to execute, deliver and release new products/features
- Identify and communicate updates, opportunities, risks, dependencies to cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong at execution:
- Ability to take high-level guidance from leaders/SMEs and break these down into clearly written epics/user stories for the teams to plan and execute upon
- Ability to prioritize scope and features with design and tech to ensure high quality, on-time delivery
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Detail oriented, hard worker, can work independently, proactive to ask for help or questions
- At least 5 years of product management experience
- Prior experience in the benefits industry is a plus
- Experience in workflows a plus
- Prior experience using AI tools for daily tasks, and/or building new products that leverage AI is a plus
