Summary
Baer is looking for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant for a 9+ month remote project.
Title: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 9 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to support the design, configuration, and delivery of Compensation and Variable Pay solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to implement end-to-end compensation cycles and provide ongoing advisory support.
Description:
- Configure and deploy SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, including XML configuration, worksheet design, and workflow rules.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements for salary planning, bonus calculations, and stock programs.
- Define budget calculations, eligibility rules, guidelines, lookup tables, and compensation plan logic.
- Ensure seamless data integration with Employee Central, Performance Management (PM/GM), and payroll systems.
- Perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support and guidance.
- Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap.
Requirements:
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay certification.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end compensation and variable pay implementations.
- Strong knowledge of XML, compensation formulas, and data import tables.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to design and manage complex compensation, bonus, and stock calculations.
- Strong understanding of HR compensation processes and best practices
- Experience with global and large-scale SuccessFactors implementations
- High analytical capability for complex data and calculations
- Strong project management skills to manage timelines and deliverables
