Summary
Join our team as a Change Management Analyst, where you'll lead impactful transformations in the oil and gas sector, ensuring the seamless adoption of system changes through expert training and stakeholder engagement.
<>Responsibilities>- Lead and support activities for changes related to system upgrades, enhancements, and process adaptations.
- Collaborate with project teams to evaluate change impacts and craft specialized training and communication plans.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering insights and support to training team members.
- Design and facilitate training sessions and create supporting materials for system users across various business units.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate resistance, ensuring smooth adoption of changes.
- Monitor and report on readiness metrics and feedback to enhance change management strategies continuously.
- Participate in business process documentation as part of broader change initiatives.
- Proven experience as a functional analyst with deep expertise in Endur.
- Involvement in user training initiatives, especially in a subject matter expert role.
- Strong foundation in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Understanding of industry-relevant processes in trading, risk management, or operations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities.
- Certification in Change Management (such as Prosci or ACMP).
- Experience in large-scale ERP or ETRM implementation projects.
- Familiarity with innovative training development tools and techniques.
