Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for procurement data structures, standards, and taxonomy.
• Support validation of commodity classifications, supplier normalization, and data enrichment outputs.
• Act as the primary liaison between SCJ and Coupa to ensure seamless execution of data cleansing and enrichment activities.
• Drive standardization and harmonization of Coupa-related data as well as broader procurement datasets.

Through the implementation of Coupa AIC, the objective is to establish high-quality, standardized procurement data that enables accurate commodity and material group classification, consistent supplier normalization, and actionable spend analytics.

The scope of work includes data cleansing, classification, enrichment, and consolidation of information sourced from Coupa and ERP systems.
This will leverage AI-driven and rule-based models, supplemented by manual validation to ensure the highest level of data accuracy and integrity.
