REQUIRED SKILLS	This role requires deep expertise across the Juniper ecosystem-including routing, switching, SD-WAN (SSR), and Mist-and the ability to lead technical discussions with clients, resolve escalations, and mentor junior engineers (including offshore team members). Prior experience working with UK-based teams or transitioning responsibilities from international counterparts. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical lead on all client-facing calls and engagements. Provide expert-level guidance on Juniper routing, switching, SD-WAN (SSR), and Mist solutions. Lead technical design sessions, solution reviews, and troubleshooting efforts. Serve as the go-to escalation point for complex network issues. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Mentor and develop junior engineers, including offshore team members. Maintain strong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices.
