Summary

Lead end-to-end program management for a complex federal technology and financial transformation initiative.
Develop and maintain the integrated master program schedule, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Establish program governance, operating cadence, reporting standards, and communication processes.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across technology, finance, applications, data, and infrastructure.
Coordinate program resources, project managers, technical leads, SMEs, vendors, and client stakeholders.
Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Develop executive dashboards, status reports, presentations, and program-level communications.
Facilitate steering committees, governance meetings, working sessions, and executive reviews.
Identify cross-workstream dependencies and proactively manage potential delivery impacts.
Establish risk and issue management processes with clear owners and mitigation strategies.
Ensure deliverables meet contractual, quality, security, and client requirements.
Drive timely decision-making and escalation of critical program issues.
Support change management, organizational readiness, transition, and implementation activities.
Provide regular updates to executive leadership and maintain strong client relationships.
