Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the workflow and operations for our creative projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.
<>Responsibilities>- Oversee project timelines, tasks, and resources using project management tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional processes to facilitate collaboration among creative production teams.
- Lead capacity planning and resource allocation efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including workflow guidelines and status reports.
- Onboard and manage freelance and contract resources to meet project demands.
- Continuously assess and refine internal processes to align with organizational growth.
- Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and management of internal systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in project or account management, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience with project management software, particularly HIVE.
- Familiarity with tools such as Brandfolder and Figma.
- Background in creative production or marketing.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant experience is a plus.
