Summary

Join a vibrant team as a Creative Project Manager, where you’ll lead and manage exciting creative projects from start to finish in a fast-paced and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of project timelines, tasks, and resources using advanced project management platforms to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Facilitate and coordinate seamless collaboration across creative production teams, including design, copywriting, and development.
  • Drive capacity planning and resource allocation to enhance and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed project documentation, maintaining workflow guidelines and status reports.
  • Oversee the onboarding and management of freelance and contract resources to meet the demands of various projects.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine internal processes to support organizational growth and adaptability.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in project or account management, especially within a creative agency or marketing environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, with hands-on experience in platforms such as HIVE.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills capable of influencing stakeholders and achieving consensus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong strategic thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Brandfolder and Figma.
  • Experience in documenting procedures and evaluating workflow efficiencies.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant experience in creative project management.
