Summary

Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Product Owner with expertise in CPQ and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes to lead product initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, drive product development, and ensure successful delivery of scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, senior-level contributor with strong experience in Agile methodologies and Salesforce platforms. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications Develop and maintain user stories, business requirements documents (BRD/PRD/FRD), and process flows (AS-IS and TO-BE) Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, story pointing, and retrospectives Drive high-level solution design and collaborate on architecture decisions Manage product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value Oversee integration across Salesforce platforms and related systems Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Participate in roadmap planning and support multi-cloud implementation strategies Coordinate and participate in UAT and Go-Live activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting Act as a key decision-maker for product features, ensuring maximum value delivery Communicate effectively with stakeholders and development teams to drive alignment and clarity Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and team members Monitor project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field Experience working in the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) domain and on the Salesforce (Force.com) platform 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner leading technical teams Strong experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies Experience using Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Team Services, or Rally Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering Experience creating and managing user stories and translating business needs into technical requirements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly document processes using text, diagrams, and visual tools Ability to manage complex processes, prioritize tasks, and drive execution within timelines Experience delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in dynamic environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce implementation projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, including CPQ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive or complex stakeholder interactions Experience in backlog management and prioritization aligned with business value Proven ability to act as a product decision-maker and drive successful product outcomes Strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills Education: Bachelors Degree
