Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
- Oversee open-store remodels and tenant improvement projects within retail, grocery, restaurant, industrial, and entertainment environments
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client stakeholders across multiple active job sites
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, RFIs, change orders, budgeting, and reporting
- Ensure projects remain compliant with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations
- Communicate effectively with executives, field personnel, customers, and national retail partners
- Support occasional night-shift project activity depending on store schedules and remodel requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience working for a General Contractor
- Strong experience supporting national retail/commercial construction projects
- Experience managing open-store remodels, big-box retail, grocery, restaurant, or entertainment-related projects highly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
- Strong organizational, communication, and multi-project management abilities
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Valid driver's license required
