Job Brief
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Vice President Sales to lead global revenue growth for our IT services and product portfolio.

This role demands a senior sales leader with strong service-industry
experience, proven success in global enterprise and mid-market sales, and the ability to use AI-powered sales tools to drive data-led growth.

The VP Sales will be responsible for building global sales strategy, scaling teams, driving predictable revenue, and strengthening long-term client partnerships across markets.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute global sales strategy for IT services and products across market.
Own annual and quarterly revenue targets, pipeline coverage, and conversion metrics.
Identify new geographies, verticals, and growth opportunities.
Establish scalable sales processes aligned with global buying cycles and cultures.
Lead IT services sales including custom software development, cloud, AI/ML, data, digital
transformation, and managed services.
Drive solution-based and consultative selling aligned to client business outcomes.
Own pricing strategy, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, contract negotiations, and closures.
Implement and use AI-enabled sales tools for
1. Lead scoring and opportunity prioritization
2. Sales forecasting and pipeline health
3. Customer segmentation and account intelligence
4. Sales productivity and performance analytics
Leverage AI insights to improve win rates, deal velocity, and customer lifetime value.
Partner with internal AI/product teams to position AI-led offerings to global clients.
Build and maintain CXO-level relationships with strategic global clients.
Act as executive sponsor for key accounts to ensure long-term retention and growth.
Drive account expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
Build, lead, and scale global sales teams (enterprise sales, inside sales, account management).
Define KPIs, incentives, and performance frameworks for high productivity.
Coach teams on AI-driven selling, value articulation, and global negotiation.
Work closely with Delivery, Product, Marketing, Finance, and AI teams for go-to-market success.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel partners.
Align sales strategy with company vision, delivery capability, and product roadmap.


3) Required Skills & Experience
12 18+ years of experience in IT services sales, with strong exposure to global markets.
Proven track record of scaling revenue and building global sales teams in a service-led organization.
Strong understanding of service industry sales cycles, enterprise buying behavior, and solution selling.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered sales tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, AI
analytics tools).
Ability to use data, dashboards, and AI insights for forecasting and decision-making.
Experience selling AI-enabled, cloud, digital transformation, and custom technology solutions.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
Strategic thinker with strong execution focus and comfort working in a fast-growth environment.
