Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals interested in building a career in Business Analysis and Agile project delivery. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, Agile processes, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.

  • Create and maintain user stories, process flows, and project documentation.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to support project delivery.

  • Track project tasks, requirements, and action items.

  • Support backlog management and requirements prioritization.

  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Understanding of Business Analysis or Agile/Scrum concepts is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and documentation.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Experience with documentation, reporting, or project coordination activities.
