Job Title: Senior Scrum Master Windows 11 Upgrade Program

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead a large-scale Windows 11 Upgrade Program. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile/SAFe expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and proven experience leading enterprise infrastructure or desktop transformation initiatives.

This role requires a proactive leader who can drive program execution, manage cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution, timelines, and successful delivery of the Windows 11 Upgrade Program.

• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe best practices.

• Drive governance, delivery cadence, executive status reporting, KPIs, metrics, and program health reporting.

• Coordinate and align activities across Field Support, WWT, Scheduling Business Analysts, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams.

• Monitor team capacity, throughput, sprint execution, and overall delivery performance.

• Identify, manage, and resolve program risks, issues, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.

• Ensure accountability across cross-functional teams for timely, high-quality deliverables.

• Coordinate deployment waves across business units and manage stakeholder approvals and POC sign-offs.

• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading enterprise Agile projects.

• Strong experience working in Agile and SAFe environments.

• Proven Program Management and Stakeholder Management experience.

• Strong Risk, Issue, Dependency, and Release Management skills.

• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving Agile best practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading Windows 11 Migration or Upgrade programs.

• Experience with Enterprise Infrastructure Upgrade projects.

• Experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Transformation, or Workplace Modernization initiatives.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM/MECM, or related desktop deployment technologies is a plus.
