Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Managers & Product Owners to drive product strategy
- Act as a Proxy / Backup Product Owner (prioritization, release decisions, backlog ownership)
- Work on product roadmap, backlog grooming & release cycles
- Define and analyze end-to-end payment workflows (B2B & B2C)
- Translate business needs into clear, product-driven requirements
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA & stakeholders across teams
- Support API integrations (functional perspective, no coding required)
- Ensure alignment with payment compliance standards (PCI DSS, PSD2)
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst with strong Product exposure
- Experience working in Payments / Financial domain (MANDATORY)
- Strong understanding of:
- Card processing
Payment flows (B2B & B2C)
Reconciliation
Multi-channel payments (cards, wallets, etc.) - Experience with product lifecycle, roadmap & prioritization
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Hospitality payments experience
- Prior experience as Product Owner / Proxy PO
- Exposure to payment processor or banking integrations
