This is an onsite role based in Camp Hill, PA.

About the job you re considering

* Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Web and Mobile (iOS/Android) applications.Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across digital platforms.
* Validate end-to-end retail workflows, including browsing, cart, checkout, payments, promotions, and order management.
* Test integrations with payment gateways, inventory systems, loyalty/rewards programs, and backend services.
* Execute end-to-end transaction testing, including:Credit/Debit, mobile wallets, and alternative paymentsDiscounts, promotions, loyalty redemptions
* Returns, refunds, and order modificationsPerform API and backend validation using tools such as Postman or similar.Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools; perform root cause analysis and retesting.
* Analyze application logs using tools such as Xcode, Android Logcat, and ADB for troubleshooting.Support and contribute to test automation initiatives for Web and Mobile platforms.


Your role

* Ensure compliance with security, payment (PCI), and data privacy standards.Prepare and share test status reports, metrics, and quality insights with stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, DevOps) in an Agile environment.
* Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in digital / eCommerce application testing.Strong understanding of retail / consumer product transaction flows.
* Hands-on experience testing Web, iOS, and Android applications.Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM).


Your skills and experience

* Proficiency in debugging using:Xcode (iOS logs)Android Studio / Logcat / ADBExperience with HTTP proxy and API tools:Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Postman, Lambada TestFamiliarity with mobile development tools (Android Studio, Xcode).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of API testing and backend validation (including SQL queries).Preferred SkillsExperience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar).
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of performance and security testing tools.Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
* Nice to HavePrior experience in retail, footwear, or omnichannel commerce environments.Understanding of order management systems (OMS) and inventory lifecycle.
* Exposure to A/B testing and analytics validation.
