Position Title: Senior Solution Architect – MarTech & Full Stack Digital Solutions
Role Summary
The Senior Solution Architect (Full Stack & MarTech) is a strategic, client-facing leadership role responsible for designing, governing, and delivering complex enterprise solutions across digital, cloud, and marketing technology ecosystems.
This role requires a strong hands-on engineering background, deep architectural expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear communication and technical storytelling.
You will lead multi-domain solutioning across SaaS platforms, custom applications, cloud-native systems, integration layers, CMS platforms, analytics, and enterprise MarTech landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead architecture design for complex, multi-application digital ecosystems (SaaS, custom apps, integrations, cloud platforms).
- Define end-to-end architecture across business, application, data, security, and infrastructure layers aligned with frameworks like TOGAF (ADM).
- Design scalable, secure, high-performance solutions using AWS, Azure, microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
- Develop architecture artifacts (HLDs, LLDs, roadmaps, transition plans, risk logs, decision logs).
- Architect modern frontend solutions using Angular/React with responsive and UX-driven design principles.
2. Cloud Platform Engineering
- Provide leadership on cloud migration, modernization, and platform engineering initiatives.
- Drive best practices in Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, observability, API governance, and reliability engineering.
- Collaborate with security and cloud teams on IAM, compliance, autoscaling, and multi-region deployments.
3. MarTech & Digital Experience
- Design digital experience solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM, personalization engines, and analytics platforms.
- Partner with UX, content, and SEO teams to define content models, headless CMS architectures, and omnichannel delivery strategies.
4. Technical Leadership & Governance
- Provide architectural leadership, best practices, and reference frameworks across teams.
- Drive code quality, reusability, and operational excellence.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and modernization initiatives.
- Guide teams in critical design decisions and ensure architectural compliance.
5. Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for senior stakeholders, including client leadership and engineering teams.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, solution proposals, and technology roadmaps.
- Influence decisions through data-driven insights, trade-off analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- 15+ years of overall IT experience (preferably in Financial Services).
- 12+ years in engineering, including 6+ years in architecture roles.
- Strong experience in full-stack, SaaS, and cloud-native solution architecture.
- Expertise in MarTech, CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud), and frontend technologies.
- Proficiency in Angular/React, Java, Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Experience integrating SaaS, cloud, and on-prem systems using APIs, ESBs, iPaaS, and serverless patterns.
- Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., Okta, SAML).
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, CI/CD (Git, Jenkins), and DevSecOps pipelines.
Architecture & Frameworks
- Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, system design, and non-functional requirements.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred; Zachman/SAFe a plus).
- Proven experience creating architecture documentation and conducting design reviews.
