Job Details
Join us as a Program Manager in Marketing, where you'll lead and optimize global partner marketing initiatives. This remote position offers the chance to drive impactful programs across the US, with a preference for candidates in the Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage partner marketing programs, ensuring seamless execution and operational efficiency.
- Create and promote marketing assets to engage partner communities and support incentive programs.
- Monitor and report on program performance, partner participation, and overall results.
- Oversee MDF operations, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Track and manage the budget, including forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Validate and approve MDF claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance through a manual process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign programs for improved efficiency and automation.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau to track program metrics and ROI.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking, engagement, claims management, and reporting.
- Provide insights and updates to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
Skills
- Extensive experience in program management, partner marketing operations, or marketing operations.
- Proven track record in managing incentive and MDF programs.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau for program management and analytics.
- Ability to independently manage priorities and deliver results within defined outcomes.
- Experience in process redesign and operationalization for enhanced workflows.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement/spend management platforms.
- Experience in creating partner marketing sales plays and playbooks.
- Knowledge of partner portal content management and event sponsorship.
- Background in supporting global or multi-region partner ecosystems.
