responsibilities:
This role exists to put strong, accountable delivery leadership over the most critical initiative for the Infomediary platform this year
- Accountable for delivery success across multiple tech teams
- Expected to surface risk early, force decisions, and actively manage trade?offs-not simply report status
Communications:
- Provides concise, decision?oriented updates to senior leadership
- Comfortable escalating issues, challenging assumptions, and forcing clarity
Success in this role:
- Delivered predictably with minimal production disruption
- Risks identified and mitigated early; no surprise failures
- Leadership confidence that "this program is under control"
- Candidates must be credible with senior systems leadership-not just project teams.
qualifications:
Candidates qualifications:
8+ years delivering complex technology programs in regulated or mission?critical environments
Strong background in integration, middleware, data movement, or infrastructure platforms
Demonstrated ownership of high?risk production changes
Comfortable operating across engineering, technical operations, and vendor teams
Things to avoid:
PMs focused primarily on business features or UI/product roadmaps
Scrum Masters without end?to?end delivery accountability
PMs with limited production, migration, or operational risk experience
