Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Senior Technology Trainers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs supporting a range of technology platforms. The role focuses on enabling users through instructor-led training, digital learning content, and technical documentation for both proprietary and commercial software applications.
Essential Job Duties
- Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions (virtual and/or in-person)
- Develop training materials, including:
- User guides
- Quick reference documents
- Training videos and e-learning modules
- Create instructional content for software applications (e.g., Microsoft tools, proprietary systems)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and align delivery
- Provide regular status updates and communicate progress with project leadership
- Manage multiple training initiatives and ensure timely delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Proven experience in technology training or instructional delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Technology Trainer
- Experience with:
- Microsoft tools (Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Copilot, etc.)
- Proprietary or enterprise-level applications
- 3+ years of experience in technical documentation development
