Summary

Summary
Lead business requirements and process design for a ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations implementation. You will be the main link between client procurement stakeholders and the technical team.

Responsibilities
Run discovery and requirements workshops with sourcing and procurement stakeholders
Document current and future-state source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes
Write business requirements, functional specs and user stories, and groom the backlog with the delivery team
Translate requirements into SPO configuration, including catalog, requests, approvals, purchase orders and vendor workflows
Support design reviews, UAT planning, test scripts and defect triage
Lead change impact and training input for procurement users
Report status and risks to the engagement lead
Required
Hands-on ServiceNow experience in SPO, or in procurement or sourcing modules (Procurement, Sourcing, Vendor Management, Contract Management)
Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and user story writing
Procurement domain knowledge (source-to-pay, purchasing, supplier management)
Experience in an Agile delivery model
Strong written and verbal communication with executive-level stakeholders
