MetaSolv Design & Change Lead Architect

Assess Clients existing TIRKS applications and determine feasibility, approach, and architectural strategy for integration with MetaSolv Solution. Lead the end-to-end solution design and change management initiatives for MetaSolv Solution implementation and transformation programs at telco client, ensuring architectural integrity, business alignment, and successful adoption across Order Management and Inventory domains.

• Current-state architecture assessment document
• Integration feasibility report (Yes/No with justification)
• Target-state architecture blueprint
• Data migration and synchronization strategy
• Risk and impact analysis
• Executive-level recommendation presentation
• Perform detailed assessment of current TIRKS architecture, data model, and interfaces
• Analyze existing inventory workflows, circuit management, and service assignment processes
• Evaluate integration feasibility between TIRKS and MetaSolv (real-time vs. batch integration)
• Conduct gap analysis between legacy TIRKS capabilities and MetaSolv Inventory module
• Define integration patterns (API-based, middleware, ESB, event-driven architecture)
• Identify data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation requirements
• Recommend whether to:
• Integrate legacy with MetaSolv
• Partially migrate functionality
• Or fully decommission the legacy system
• Assess performance, scalability, and operational risks
• Provide high-level solution design, effort estimation, and migration roadmap
• Present architectural recommendations to enterprise stakeholders
