The Impact you will have in this role:

We are seeking a Program Manager for the Infrastructure Delivery Process program and other major System Delivery Process (SDP) enhancements who will play a key role in the evolution and expansion of DTCC's SDP.

In this role, you will serve as the program manager for the Infrastructure Delivery Process Program, while also leading and supporting major enhancements to SDP that strengthen governance, improve automation, and align with industry best practices. You will collaborate across enterprise functions to ensure infrastructure work is fully integrated into SDP in a way that meets business needs, regulatory expectations, and control requirements.

This role requires a strong ability to assess risks, understand control impacts, and proactively mitigate gaps while driving forward meaningful process improvements. Given that SDP is a critical, enterprise-wide, and highly regulated process that applies to all application development and delivery efforts at DTCC, your work will have broad and lasting impact across Technology and the firm.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Act as program manager for the Infrastructure Delivery Process, overseeing planning, coordination, execution, and ongoing governance
  • Lead efforts to expand SDP to fully include infrastructure work, ensuring alignment with existing system delivery, risk, and control frameworks
  • Communicate updates on the Infrastructure Delivery Process to senior leaders regularly
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Program Management, Delivery Practices, Change Management, and other adjacent organizations to ensure end-to-end delivery alignment
  • Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, or risks within infrastructure and system delivery processes and drive appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Lead and contribute to major SDP enhancement initiatives, with a focus on automation, scalability, and operational efficiency
  • Research and assess industry trends, emerging practices, and regulatory expectations related to system delivery
  • Translate industry best practices into practical, actionable improvements that strengthen SDP maturity
  • Support enterprise adoption of enhanced SDP capabilities through clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Provide program-level reporting, status updates, and risk visibility to SDP leadership and key stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:
  • Strong program management skills, with experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure projects and delivery of infrastructure changes
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risk, understand control requirements, and design mitigations within delivery frameworks
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise functions
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement and automation initiatives in a structured, disciplined way
  • Awareness of industry trends and best practices related to SDLC and technology delivery and governance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and control integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced enterprise environment
