IAM Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Orlando, FL is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer.

Summary:
The IAM Engineer will focus on supporting cloud-based identity integrations, ensuring identity middleware platforms remain current and secure, and assisting with key authentication modernization initiatives. This role is essential to stabilizing IAM operations while onboarding and roadmap execution continue.

Responsibilities:
* Build, configure, and maintain integrations by following established IAM procedures, documentation, and integration roadmaps
* Ensure identity middleware technologies are patched, maintained, and running on supported versions, including but not limited to: SailPoint; Entra Connect Sync
* Provide engineering support for NPS MFA deployment, assisting with the transition away from DUO MFA and ensuring a smooth, secure rollout.
* Work closely with IAM team members to execute defined tasks while adhering to existing governance, security standards, and change processes

The IAM Engineer will support new and existing Entra ID Cloud SSO integrations, including:
* SAML
* OAuth
* OpenID Connect (OIDC)
* SCIM provisioning

REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), particularly cloud-based SSO integrations
* Strong understanding of identity and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
* Experience supporting identity lifecycle and provisioning solutions, including SCIM
* Familiarity with identity middleware platforms such as SailPoint and directory synchronization tools
* Demonstrated ability to follow documented processes, execute repeatable integrations, and work within a structured IAM framework
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal oversight

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
