Role Summary
This role is a senior level Technical Project Manager responsible for leading complex, enterprise IT transformation initiatives. The position involves managing end to end projects related to infrastructure transition, cloud integration, and security, ensuring seamless delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. It requires coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors to support large scale organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive project execution for transitioning IT services into a new standalone organization.
  • Develop and oversee a robust IT support model encompassing infrastructure and end user services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including managed service providers, to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate communication between business teams and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, track status, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project dependencies and action items to ensure continuous momentum.
  • Establish and enforce tools, processes, and governance standards for development and support teams.
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives across compute and cloud environments, network security, endpoint management, and collaboration tools.
  • Facilitate regular updates to stakeholders and provide detailed reporting for executive review.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, scope, and deadlines through effective coordination and oversight.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in large, complex enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure domains including cloud, networking, security, and end user services.
  • Experience working with managed service providers such as HCL or similar organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
  • Familiarity with organizational transformations, carve-outs, or spin-offs preferred.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security technologies, including Zscaler or similar solutions.
  • Background in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Availability to work remotely and ability to manage projects independently.

Publishing Pay Range: $46.92 - $49.13 hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
