Summary

Title: Integrated Eligibility - Project Manager

Location: Jackson, MS - Onsite from Day 1

Duration: 1.5 Years Contract

 

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Integrated Eligibility (IE) domain expertise to lead and manage large-scale testing and implementation efforts for a modernized eligibility system supporting public assistance programs. The PM will oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of testing phases including UAT, integration, and validation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery for Integrated Eligibility system testing initiatives
  • Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation across multi-year programs
  • Coordinate with agencies, system integrators (DDI vendors), and testing teams
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, execution, and defect management
  • Ensure alignment with federal and state compliance requirements (SNAP, TANF, Child Care, Child Support)
  • Drive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling
  • Provide regular status reporting (daily/weekly) to stakeholders and leadership
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business, technical, and QA teams
  • Ensure quality delivery across ~3000+ system requirements validation scope
  • Support go-live readiness, pilot execution, and post-implementation activities

 

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience in large-scale IT programs
  • 5+ years of experience in Integrated Eligibility Systems (SNAP, TANF, Child Care, Child Support)
  • Proven experience managing UAT, system integration, and testing lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of health & human services programs
  • Experience working with multi-vendor environments (DDI vendors, QA teams, agencies)
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with cloud-based eligibility systems modernization
  • Familiarity with federal compliance (FNS, OCSE) and eligibility program regulations
  • Experience with eligibility platforms or legacy system transformations
  • PMP or equivalent certification
