Job Description:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
  • We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to lead mobile engineering efforts and drive the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React Native, TypeScript, mobile architecture, and DevOps practices, along with the ability to mentor teams and align technical solutions with business goals.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong hands-on experience with React Native and TypeScript.
  • Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture and MVVM.
  • Experience with state management solutions like Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
  • Expertise in mobile navigation, deep linking, and routing strategies.
  • Experience implementing secure authentication flows including OAuth/OIDC.
  • Hands-on experience with native module integration using Swift and Kotlin.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release management.
  • Familiarity with REST and GraphQL API integrations.
Experience:
  • 10+ years of software development experience.
  • 6+ years of mobile development experience.
  • 4+ years leading React Native applications in production environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and oversee daily mobile engineering operations.
  • Define and drive mobile architecture strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Design and develop scalable and high-performance mobile applications.
  • Architect reusable component systems and scalable state management solutions.
  • Implement secure authentication and mobile security best practices.
  • Integrate native modules and third-party SDKs.
  • Optimize application performance including memory, rendering, and caching.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines and manage app releases.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts.
  • Lead testing strategies and ensure code quality.
  • Mentor engineers and guide technical direction.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and roadmap planning.
Should Have:
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with enterprise-level mobile applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Skills:
  • React Native, TypeScript.
  • Redux, Zustand, Context API.
  • React Navigation, Expo ecosystem.
  • OAuth, OIDC, mobile security.
  • Swift, Kotlin.
  • REST, GraphQL.
  • CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  • Performance optimization and testing frameworks.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
