Job DetailsJoin an established company serving highly regulated industries has an immediate full-time opening for an experienced CNC Programmer. This on-site role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to support a growing production environment.
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years in CNC programming experience
- Haas VMC's, UMC'S & Lathes
- Assist with equipment setup and initial production activities, including troubleshooting and making program -adjustments to support stable operations.
- Develop and modify programs to support a variety of manufacturing processes and equipment types.
- Collaborate with shop personnel to improve and standardize processes, tooling, and work methods.
- Maintain organized control of program files, digital models, documentation, and related records in accordance with internal procedures.
- Support advanced machining activities as required in a modern manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- General understanding of manufacturing operations and machining concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with supporting production environments and working collaboratively with operations teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and documentation discipline.
