Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise middleware solutions using IBM API Connect (APIC) and IBM MQ.
- Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs and integration services.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot IBM MQ queues, channels, queue managers, and messaging infrastructure.
- Implement API security using OAuth2, JWT, TLS/SSL, and API policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise applications.
- Perform production support, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
- Participate in CI/CD deployments using Git and Jenkins while ensuring high availability and reliability of integration platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM API Connect (APIC).
- Expertise in IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ).
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML/JSON.
- Middleware integration experience using IBM technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
