Summary
Rate Range: $60/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Software Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, debug, and maintain CAE software components and models within the VENDURE toolset.
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective, scalable engineering solutions.
- Perform problem analysis, debugging, and performance troubleshooting across CAE applications.
- Develop, test, and deploy software modules using version?controlled environments such as GitHub.
- Apply DevOps best practices to automate workflows, improve reliability, and streamline software delivery.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver high?quality features while managing changing priorities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering/technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CAE application developer.
- Strong understanding of Object?Oriented Programming (OOP) with hands?on experience in C, C++, and Python.
- Knowledge of CAE/FEA tools such as Nastran or Abaqus, along with experience debugging, performance troubleshooting, and working in Agile and GitHub?based environments.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
