Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple projects and initiatives within Wealth Management Technology. This role involves working closely with critical stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. The candidate will manage multiple technology projects and initiatives, collaborating with core development teams and other support teams to drive efficient planning and execution. This position offers a blend of business and technical aspects, requiring strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide programs and projects with a strategic and tactical approach.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Manage core functions, including business requirements elaboration, systems and process flow analysis, and meeting critical milestones.
  • Collaborate across technology organizations, providing sound business analysis and process leadership within an Agile PDLC framework.
  • Develop and revise processes and guidelines to ensure application development standards.
  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations based on best practices.
  • Build program and project status reporting aligned with enterprise project portfolios.
  • Conduct audits to ensure standards and scopes are met.
  • Maintain and grow a body of knowledge accessible to all team members.
  • Communicate effectively with management to optimize business operations and resources.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolving scheduling conflicts to meet deadlines.
  • Utilize agile lifecycle and tracking tools, such as JIRA.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities, making tactical and strategic recommendations.
  • Plan and conduct relevant meetings with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of program and project management experience.
  • High degree of business acumen and technical competency.
  • Experience in project and program management within a global and diverse environment.
  • Proficiency in program management tools, including Microsoft Project, Access, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Hands-on project management approach with a proven track record of execution.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in financial services domain technology projects.
  • Knowledge of Wealth Management and Banking technology applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology; Kanban experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $75 - $80 an hour on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
