Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 10 months (fully onsite)
Location: Denver CO / Chicago IL
Payrate: $60.00 - 65.15/hr
Description
This role will ensure our release management processes adhere to Enterprise Change Management Standards and continue to adapt to the new and evolving toolsets as part of delivering our Cyber Security application solutions.
Key responsibilities include working with the project team and/or Application owners to understand release requirements, documenting the releases in the Release Manager tool and shepherding releases through the change processes and approval processes.
Communication with the technical review boards and adherence to the change of governance standards is necessary.
This role will require a detail-oriented person who will also be a key player helping our area adopt new release management related toolsets and processes.

Works as a team member or across multiple teams, under supervision from a more senior domain expert.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Quick learner and self-starter with ability to work independently
Work with project team to understand release requirements, coordinate details of release, and ensure all approvals are gathered
Adherence to Enterprise Change Management Standards using key toolsets including JIRA, Release Manager and BMC Remedy
Excellent time management skills / ability to prioritize tasks / efficient worker
Strong analytical skills / problem solving / conceptual thinking
Ability to understand existing processes and communicate and train others in their adherence
Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
Document processes, procedures and workflows associated with applications.

Detailed oriented with ability to quickly understand and follow the defined Enterprise Change Process for release readiness and delivery.
