Power BI + Finance

We are seeking a skilled contractor with strong IT expertise and a solid understanding
of finance functions. This role will focus on streamlining data processes, automating
workflows, and building dashboards to support financial tracking and project
performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
 Automation & Dashboard Development:
o Design and implement Financial Results (BVA) dashboards for project
tracking and performance monitoring.
o Automate workflows for project code creation and streamline approval
processes.

 Data Management & Process Simplification:
o Optimize and streamline accounting master data for accuracy and
consistency.
o Develop solutions for cross-charge automation and simplify end-to-end
workflows.

 System & Operational Support:
o Streamline Statements of Work (SOWs) process validation.
o Support finance-related enhancements and ad hoc activities as needed.
 Collaboration & Governance:
o Partner with Finance and IT teams to ensure compliance and alignment
with enterprise standards.
o Document processes and provide training for automated solutions.

Required Skills
 Technical Expertise:

o Strong proficiency in reporting/automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx,
or similar).
o Advanced skills in data integration, workflow design, and dashboard
development.
 Finance Knowledge:
o Solid understanding of financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, project
accounting).
o Ability to translate finance requirements into automated IT solutions.
 Other Competencies:

o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or IT roles for data
automation
 Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data automation.
 Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems
 Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
 Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or project-based environments.
