Role Summary

The Cloud Solutions Architect will support the Frontier and Cyber Response program by designing secure, scalable technology solutions across cloud, application, infrastructure, and identity environments. This role requires a strong combination of enterprise architecture expertise and hands-on engineering experience, particularly within highly regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, or similar environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review enterprise cloud and application architecture patterns.
• Support vulnerability management across applications and infrastructure, including Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
• Develop architecture solutions for network segmentation and security modernization.
• Improve and automate identity and access management processes.
• Evaluate existing manual workflows and recommend scalable, automated solutions to improve SLA performance.
• Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and contribute to implementation when needed.
• Support Frontier program initiatives involving cloud modernization, secure development, and cyber-risk reduction.
• Document architecture decisions, technical standards, and solution designs.

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 15+ years of combined engineering and architecture experience preferred.
• Proven experience as an enterprise, cloud, or solutions architect.
• Strong hands-on engineering background.
• Experience in banking, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with vulnerability management, application security, or infrastructure security.
• Knowledge of network segmentation and identity/access management.
• Experience automating identity, security, or operational processes.
• Strong understanding of architecture patterns, security principles, scalability, and resiliency.

Preferred Skills

• AWS experience.
• Microsoft Azure experience.
• GitHub and GitHub Copilot.
• Harness or comparable CI/CD platforms.
• Windows Server and/or Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale cybersecurity or transformation programs.

AWS, Azure, GitHub, Copilot, and Harness are not all mandatory. Strong experience with comparable cloud, source-control, and CI/CD technologies will be considered.

Work Model

• Fully remote.
• Ideal candidates may have experience supporting large enterprise or financial-services environments.

Pay Range: $100 - $110/hr. W2.
